Self Titled began in June of 2001, under a different name. It started as a small promotions company, and has since expanded to include a web blog, and at one point a small booking agency. Working with bands of every genre, Self Titled has attempted to stray away from the closed minded nature that seems to be the pretense to anything involving independent music.
We hope to bring something to the Southern Ontario music scene that has been severely lacking as of late, a one stop spot for musical knowledge. We hope to further people’s understanding of the music that they listen to, through reviews, interviews, and news articles.
